Wormrot ist eine Grindcore-Band aus Singapur, die bei Earache Records unter Vertrag steht. Die Band wurde 2007 gegründet, nachdem die Gründungsmitglieder ihren zweijährigen Wehrdienst absolviert hatten. Die Band hat bisher vier Studioalben in voller Länge sowie eine Reihe von EPs und Split-Veröffentlichungen mit anderen Bands veröffentlicht. Ihr neuestes Album Hiss wurde am 8. Juli 2022 veröffentlicht. Sie wurden von OC Weekly als eine der Top 10 Grindcore-Bands beschrieben und tourten durch Europa und die Vereinigten Staaten. Nachdem Gründungsmitglied und Sänger Arif die Band verließ, singt nun Gabbo Dubko (Ex-Implore).
